FYI they’re closed on Mondays.
I’ve recently stopped buying cookies in favour of baking my own. These soft, chewy, incredibly delicious peanut butter chocolate chip cookies make it worth the effort.

Recipe makes 24 cookies.
Ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons corn syrup
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon water
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
In a large bowl, cream together butter, peanut butter and sugars until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, stir in corn syrup, water and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt—stir into peanut butter mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.
Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough three inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 12 minutes or until edges are golden. Allow cookies to cool for one minute on the cookie sheet before moving to wire racks to cool completely.
